Summary: Upon our arrival at the property, we were unable to get inside because the access code provided did not work. After a long 10-hour drive, my family and I were left stranded outside for approximately 1.5 hours. We were hot, exhausted, and understandably frustrated. Unfortunately, the property manager was initially unsure how to resolve the issue without access to their laptop, which further delayed our entry.Once we were finally able to get in, we found the property to be very nice, and overall, we did enjoy our stay.However, we encountered another concern: the pool does not have a handrail on the steps for safe entry and exit. Handrails are an important safety requirement, especially for those with mobility challenges. My parent, who is disabled, was unable to use the pool safely — which was very disappointing, as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property.We hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future guests, particularly those traveling with elderly or disabled family members.

Summary: Everything was fantastic. A nice perk was free bottled water. The shuttle service to Mayo clinic was another amenity that was convenient. We will definitely be back.

Summary: The location was GREAT! Nice neighborhood and close to everything. The heat seemed to be on a timer and would kick off for hours at a time so the house was cold at times. The towels were also damp when we got there but we just rewatched real quick and was fine. Overall it was a good home with lots of room so we never felt on top of each other.

Summary: Location is perfect. Very close to all of the districts/neighborhoods in the city. House is on a busy corner of a very nice neighborhood. We actually liked being on the corner so we felt like we weren’t disturbing the full time residents nearby. Host is very responsive and the check-in and check out process was very easy. Lots of room and 3 nice sized bathrooms were great for our group of 9.

Summary: This house suited our needs very well. We liked the location, but the house is at the corner of a busy street and very close to I-44, so it is quite noisy. The pool was great for the kids. The host was very responsive. About half of the mattresses were sub-par. Otherwise the house was roomy and comfortable.
